I have heard people say things like, 'I miss the good old days'.  That is one statement I have unsuccessfully tried to understand. What is good about the days when there was no social media, or e-commerce websites? And what were people doing to keep their eyes busy at the reception waiting to be served? Looking at people moving around is not that fun.
